01. The Challenge

Verizon struggled to show how 5G could be used beyond industry solutions. They needed help communicating its real-world applications and how it would enhance entertainment experiences in everyday life.

 

02. The Solution

We focused on connecting users to the experience instead of their phones. The top searches give valuable insights into what people care about: live entertainment and automated vehicles. Two examples of actual use cases are the audio company Mixhalo and the experimental mechanical test field Mcity, which proved the effectiveness of 5G technology in a new, exciting way.

The approach was to create an elegant solution that efficiently manages videos, interviews, and recordings from different sources. Secondly, ensure that the experience reflects Verizon's new identity while still being recognizable as a Verizon campaign. 

Working with illustrator SineLab, we aimed to make an intro sequence people don't want to skip.

Condensing a complicated story into a simple user flow keeps the user engaged in the experience.
